Avui s'ha publicat a que un grup de promotors immobiliaris catalans, assessorats per economistes i advocats, han decidit agrupar-se i, com a estratègia de supervivència davant de la crisi que es comença a materialitzar, baixar els preus dels seus habitatges fins al 40%.
