Sembla que el 2004 ja va baixar un 6% i el 2005 un 16,7%. I aquest any va pel mateix camí, o sigui que cada any entren menys cèntims de l'extranger al sector immobiliari espanyol. Serà que cada cop ho veuen menys atractiu...
